According to the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) Their report, released May 22, 2008 says that the Mount Vernon-Anacortes, WA Metrpolitan Statistical Area ranked 46th in the Nation of the 292 areas measured for percent change in house prices. - Our local market is better than 84% of the Nation's markets.
