The Skagit County Real Estate market is one of the better markets in the Nation! According to the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) Their report, released May 22, 2008 says that the Mount Vernon-Anacortes, WA Metrpolitan Statistical Area ranked 46th in the Nation of the 292 areas measured for percent change in house prices. - Our local market is better than 84% of the Nation's markets.
